Refund & Cancellation

Our commitment to fair and transparent billing.

Effective From: 2025

1. General Policy

At KVN Tax Consultant, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We work with transparency and detailed plans. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your request for service within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the work has not already commenced. If the work has started (e.g., application drafting, document verification), a cancellation fee matching the work completed will be deducted.

3. Refund Eligibility

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Generally, you are eligible for a refund if:

  • Service Failure: We are unable to provide the guaranteed service due to our own internal errors or incapacity.
  • Double Payment: You accidentally paid twice for the same invoice.

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • Rejection by Department: If an application is rejected by the government department due to client's history, non-compliance, or document invalidity.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide to discontinue after the service has been processed or filed.

4. Processing of Refunds

Once a refund is approved by our accounts team, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
